I started MORE Retreats because I believe that women deserve more. More time. More love. More empathy. More support. More compassion. More fun. More balance. More inspiration. More priority. More energy. More passion. More connection. More.
As women, we are all in! We completely immerse ourselves in our roles and responsibilities, giving our all-and we are great at it!. And along the way, it’s easy for us to forget who we are and what we truly want for ourselves. We forget how to make ourselves a priority. Up until now…
For a long time, I’ve been ready for more. And if I am ready, I know other women are too. I wanted to create a sacred space for women, a weekend getaway where we can do all of these things together. After years of dreaming about it, I am thrilled to share my creation of MORE Fulfillment. MORE stands for My Own Radiance Evolves. I believe through genuine connections with other women, we give each other permission to shine. Now more than ever, I am aware that my radiance evolves every time I get to engage with other women through real conversations and life experiences.
I have designed my Retreats in different locations with different themes and focus, so that you decide which Retreat(s) resonate with your soul. And it’s not just an awesome weekend, it’s designed to grow as we grow. Our relationships are built on trust, and offer each other a network of support, knowledge and expertise. Our ongoing connection and genuine care for one another, keeps us motivated and fulfilled. I very much look forward to this evolving so that women honor themselves and each other and are having the time of their lives! Let’s do this!

The Heart Behind MORE
I'm Michelle Fonseca. I am a very proud mom of three loving, brilliant, supportive, kind humans. I have been blessed with my soulmate and best friend for thirty years. I am fortunate to be a sister to three incredible brothers. I am a daughter and a bonus daughter. I have quality friends in my life.
In this chapter of my life, I am grateful to step back and truly feel gratitude for these roles I have been able to step into. The meaningful relationships I get to have with my three kids, who are in their 20’s is an absolute blast. There’s something to say when your adult children want to hang out. It’s true fulfillment for me. My journey so far, like most of us, has been a roller coaster with many highs and lows, figuring out how to navigate my life as best as possible. The highs of highs are moments with those I love that I get to hold forever in my heart and mind. The lows of lows have been the tragedy of loss of family and several friends. Because of these life experiences, I really work on honoring the present moment (always a work in progress), having gratitude for each person in my life and each day I have on this planet. I am evolving.
In my career choices, I have always loved to engage with people. For over two decades, I have been a leadership trainer and coach guiding individuals through transformational, powerful experiences that are often life changing. I've worked with thousands of people, both teens and adults, through a variety of classes, including advanced outdoor elements and high ropes, discovering self-awareness, accountability, vulnerability and elevating their growth. It has been an honor. These experiences have helped me evolve as well. In every class, every interaction, I learn and grow. I am better for the experience. And I get to come home with refreshed energy, new knowledge and appreciation for all I have in my life. When I know better, I do better. It has truly been a gift.
I wholeheartedly believe that all of these precious experiences have brought me to this powerful chapter in my life to elevate myself and other women. My truth is, I show up fully. I am motivated and driven to create these sacred spaces for women to be seen, heard and felt. I understand that life is quick and I choose to spend my time in moments and with people that matter to me. I choose to surround myself with women who are also willing to be seen (the good, bad and ugly), have a great sense of humor, laugh at themselves, be able to pivot, own their stuff, be transparent and vulnerable. Quite frankly, I have spent too much time in my life worrying about what others think. It’s exhausting. I am ready to step into who I truly am.

Our 2 MORE women’s retreat was a beautiful and fulfilling experience lead by the amazing, lovely Michelle. Michelle brought so much energy, passion, honesty, and a truly authentic representation of herself, it really encouraged the women to be open and vulnerable with each other. Speaking for myself, I can say I left at the end of the weekend feeling like I’d made some new lifelong friends as well as being able to add memories with those I already knew and had friendships with. I loved the location of this retreat, tucked up in the hills above Zion National Park. It was quiet, peaceful and left us feeling in touch with nature and more in touch with ourselves.
