Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.moreretreats.com, and your participation in any retreats, workshops, or events organized by More Fulfillment LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a retreat or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Booking a call with the founder does not guarantee a retreat spot. Retreat spaces are limited, and final participation is confirmed only after the call to ensure the retreat is the right fit for your goals and expectations. We value creating a supportive, aligned group experience for all attendees

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the retreat start date.

  • Prices may vary by retreat. Current pricing:

    • $1,500 if paid via Zelle or Venmo

    • $1,543.50 if paid via Square (includes service fee)

  • If final payment is not received on time, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.


2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 31 days or more before the retreat: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat: 50% refund OR credit toward a future retreat (subject to availability).

  • Retreat locations are booked well in advance and are not refundable within 30 days of the event. We appreciate your understanding.


3. Health, Safety & Liability

  • By booking a retreat, you acknowledge that participation may involve physical activities such as yoga, hiking, or other wellness practices.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health and fit to participate. Please consult with your physician if you have any concerns.

  • More Fulfillment LLC is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or damages that may occur during travel or participation.

  • You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless More Fulfillment LLC, its organizers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation.


4. Travel & Accommodations

  • Unless explicitly stated, airfare and transportation to/from the retreat location are not included in the retreat price.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the retreat venue.


5. Use of Content

  • We may capture photos and videos during retreats for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, you grant us the right to use such content unless you notify us in writing before the retreat.

  • All retreat materials (workbooks, guides, digital resources, etc.) are the intellectual property of More Fulfillment LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.


6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful, without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Fulfillment LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in a retreat or use of our Site.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

10. Force Majeure
More Fulfillment LLC will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations if caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, or other emergency situations. In the event a retreat must be rescheduled or canceled due to such circumstances, we will make every effort to offer alternative dates or apply payments toward a future retreat.
